How AI Is Used in This Platform
In compliance with the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), we provide the following transparency information about how artificial intelligence is used within Straitéis AI.
Assessment responses are evaluated by an AI language model against a predefined maturity rubric. The AI assigns a score (1-5) and provides reasoning for each response. These scores are advisory and intended to support, not replace, human judgement.
When a response is ambiguous or scores below the threshold, the AI generates a targeted follow-up question to elicit more detail. This is clearly marked as AI-generated within the interview flow.
Under the EU AI Act, this system is classified as minimal risk. It does not perform personal profiling, biometric processing, or automated decision-making that produces legal effects. All AI outputs serve as decision-support tools only.
Your assessment responses are sent to an AI model for scoring purposes. No personal data is used to train AI models. Responses are processed in real time and results are stored in our EU-hosted database. No data is shared with third parties for marketing or profiling.
All AI-generated scores and recommendations are presented alongside the original responses and AI reasoning. Organisation administrators can review, validate, and override AI-generated assessments at any time.
